Description

  • 1st Part: 6 Sessions:
    • earning to “think” with the body by increasing awareness through movement of how it feels to be you on the inside and how to change this.
      • Becoming aware of how you attend to your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.
      • Working with ‘live’ emotions.
      • Acting out powerful emotional dramatic situations which encourage a more immediate expressiveness.
  • 2nd Part: 8 Sessions:
    • We will continue working with the body and learn to apply this to work on dramatic scenarios. These will be filmed on the final day of the workshop.

Workshop will be held in English and Arabic.

  • Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays
  • From 7 to 10PM
  • Venue: 82 Abdel Aziz Fahmy St. Saint Fatima, Heliopolis, 1st Floor, Cairo Governorate, Egypt.
